As personal information is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices, the collection of this information in the context of distance selling is mandatory. This information is strictly confidential and is intended only for King of Cotton. 

King of Cotton will have complete freedom to verify the personal data provided by the Internet user and to adopt the measures deemed necessary (request for supporting documents or cancellation of the order) so that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the one who placed the order and to avoid any fraudulent use of bank card numbers.

In accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the processing of personal information collected on the King of Cotton site has been declared to the CNIL . The Internet user has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him or her.

In accordance with the law of December 8, 1992 relating to the protection of private life modified by the law of March 11, 2003 in accordance with the directive of July 12, 2002, personal data concerning the Internet user are kept in the files of King of Cotton and used to provide him with the ordered product, the services, the requested information and to inform him of King of Cotton’s activities and promotions.
